Hi I have had ibs for years and over that time have had lots of

problems associated with it as most people do. My problems came

to a head approximately 4 years ago when I had a rectal prolapse.

I had to have my rectum removed and this of course means you can

no longer have control of your bowel and this now has to be done

by watching what I eat and taking Immodium. Sometimes it works

well and sometimes its horrendous. The surgeons advice to me

was take Immodium great, too much or too little or when to take it

is my daily nightmare. I just wondered if there was anyone out there

who has experience of this sort at the moment I feel like the only

one. I would be extremely grateful for any advice.
