Has anyone any experience of using Yorktest Labs, Cambridge UK and did they get any feedback/results that proved accurate in the end to help with food intolerances?

Yes I did the test. Showed I was intolerant to just about everything, which after doing the Low FODMAP diet I am not! Rubbish!

Thanks. Which low FODMAP diet did you choose to use?

I did it in conjunction with a UK dietician but it was the one designed by Monash University in Australia along with Sue Shepherds book 'The Complete LOW FODMAP diet: A revolutionary plan for managing IBS and other digestive disorders' it's a really good book.

Yes have that book but no dietician. Will give it a try but expect it to take months to show result. Thanks.

Yes I started in February and it took 5 months but it was worth it!

With us. U will know immediately if a food dont agree with u. Othertimes it takes time to accumulate like sweets. the lactose intolerance breath test did the trick. Now no more pain in addition to eliminate bake beans n broccolli

I did the coeliac test which resulted in a clear reading, and now discover that coeliac can only be diagnosed via endoscopy. Although I got bombarded with offers for further testing, I thought they might show I was intolerant to everything under the sun - just as dotty found. I'd give them a wide berth.

Coeliac is initially looked for with a blood test .
