Is anyone ever sick with ibsd because I sometimes am when I have diahorrea

I have never been physically sick but do get terrible nausea.

MY DAUGHTER has the condition and is often sick with it? usually if shes eaten something high in fat or lactose...shes 11 and has had it since surgery five years ago thay say she may grow out of it but we just manage it,,go back too basics reduce your gluten and lactose and ;citrus and high fat foods and drink plenty of water maybe you just have a bug....

Like Lynnn25ukuk I too get dreadful, debilitating nausea - like being permanently 2 months pregnant - have even reached 'heaving' stage, but not sick. Yet!!
