Glutamine

I have seen a number of references to Glutamine on this forum. I have never tried it but have done some research and it appears to be a useful supplement. I would be grateful for any feedback from those of you that have used it. Also, where is the best place to buy from? Looking online there seems to be a number of outlets supplying it but with large price differences. I would like to try it but do not want to spend a huge amount initially.

Hi, I have used glutamine for IBS and it works. I felt like I had stripped my stomach lining (I was ill abroad) and i was always bloated. I used glutamine for a couple of months and it worked. I bought it from Holland and Barrett, about £8. Here are some other useful tips ibstips.wordpress.com/
