I 've had IBS for years according to doctor; am waiting to see an gastroenterologist as I need to have a definitive diagnosis. Stress seems to have a really bad effect on my digestive system but since I was found to have Atrial Fibrillation ( heart goes out of sinus rhythm ) and was put on an anti coagulant my tum/ bowels have been in turmoil. I often feel as if I need to go to loo but nothing happens ! Has anyone else felt like this..... ? Am on Buscopan which do help with cramps . Any info would be appreciated.

thanks
