Help!

Hi I'm 34 with endometriosis on the pelvis and also been told my ovaries are stuck to the back of my womb. I've had my tubes tied for 7 years(bad pregnancys) and gynaecologist has fitted a coil and started me on menapose injections and few other things to stop the bleeding (haven't worked) I'm on so much pain relief including morphine every 2 hours I'm wondering when I go for my consultation next month will he agre to me having a hysterectomy??
