Will Surgery be the last or best choice for women with endometriosis ? No as far as i know, currently,there are several natural treatment options to instead of surgery. Though Surgery is the commonest Endometriosis Alternative Treatment, yet, it with a higher rate of recurrence and surgery will also bring damages to human's body.

Compared to surgical treatment for endometriosis, natural remedies for endometriosis is safer and no side effects. Currently,the popular non-surgical treatment for endometriosis are

endometriosis herbal treatment with fuyan pill

Strict diet control + regular exercise

Hormonal therapy

Painkillers

For women who have mild symptoms, can take hormonal or painkillers into consideration to relieve pelvic pain first.For mild or severe symptoms fuyan pills will be choice and no matter which treatment you choose, a good diet habit and regular exercise will do better for your health and will help you cure endometriosis.

Hi,

Surgery is usually the best option as sadly it can’t really be picked up in other ways unless you have really deep endometriosis. Hopefully this will change sometime but that’s how it is unfortunately for the moment.

It’s important to go to an BSGE specialist and to have excision not ablation as that can damage it more.

Their are many other treatments which may help with pain but you have to see if one works for you as everyone is different sadly.

I found for me Yoga helped quite a bit.
