I have this loud noise in my head from my acoustic neuroma and sometimes, s as Jen people are talking , I can’t hear them, especially if there’s background noise and I get confused and agitated . I can’t say anything, because they are strangers and can’t see that I’m struggling.

Please know that we are here to support you. May I ask, have you spoken to your medical team about these loud noises in your head? They may be able to help you find ways to help reduce these symptoms and help you cope.
