Epodermoid cyst on watch and see,does it always need surgery

Hello everyone I am a 65 year old woman,diagnosed with a small epodrmoid cyst/tumor 3 years ago,last MRI said it is unchanged, does it ever not need surgery?Also was they found I have small vessel disease, scared to death, on the not knowing what the future holds for me
