I realise this was a while ago now but just wondered how you got on. Had an MRI I have a cyst on temporal lobe with lots of symptoms - mostly to do with language but also spinning, headaches, tinnitus. These are the three things they think it could be...an enlarged perivascular space, neuroenteric cyst or a glioependymal cyst.
