Do you still feel fatigued after month of meds?

Hello all, I am on my 5th week of meds, i feel a lot better on my 3rd week besides some mild joints, stomach discomfort, headaches and anxiety attacks but i woke up today feeling really tired back pain and bit discomfort in my chest, does anybody experiencing the same? 😢 I wasn’t sure if i make my self tired by driving to town 3days ago to get blood test as i was feeling really tired and chest discomfort while driving.

Hi - I’m on my 3rd week of meds. I feel much better compared to the first week. I still experience tingling and if I don’t get enough sleep, brain fog. I no longer get anxiety attack (though I get anxious thoughts that are more manageable). Yesterday after walking, I had really bad lower back pain. I’m trying to stretch and do some of the physical therapy work I did a couple years ago. It helps a little - makes the back pain more manageable. I still get sleepy and tired, but can’t seem to nap during the day.

Are you on PTB? I can’t walk that far my chest hurts and u feel tired easily but my brain fog seems gets up and down and just did my blood test i got bit high uric acid my docs told me it’s common from the meds.

I have PTB. I get tired and lay down during the day, but just can’t sleep. I will have to get my uric acid level checked.

I found side effects improved after the first month or so. I did continue to feel tired when I woke up and had periods of brain fog and fatigue. This improved when treatment ended. Get plenty of sleep and rest and fresh air. I found a walk each day really helpful. Healthy eating also helps but I wasn’t as successful with that!
