Hi guys I am currently doing some research on Intermittent fasting for women and I was wondering if anyone on here thinks there is a potential link between the two or whether trying it out may lead to further issues down the line, particularly binge eating tendencies. Thank you!

Hi AvocadoLover, sorry there is not a lot of activity in this forum. Did you end up trying it? Like the catch 22 that exists with food and eating disorders it of course can lead to disordered eating. That being said I think there can be benefits especially if it helps relieve obsessing about food when you are in the fasting window... Let us know what you find. ☮️
