Does anyone know what BMI you need to get to for your body to start producing estrogen again? And also to get your periods back? Because I asked my doctor gynecologist what BMI I needed to get to to for this to happen like for me to start producing estrogen and she didn't even know and then when I said I don't even know what my ideal body weight is for my height- I am 5 foot 1" she didn't even know what my ideal body weight should be or what range it should be... She told me to Google it -the doctor told me to Google it!

So I don't even know what weight range I should be in or what weight I'm supposed to be for 5 ft 1". Does anyone know this answer? Because I googled it and I get all sorts of different numbers...?
