Any tips for lowering AST (liver enzyme score)

Does anyone have recommended supplements, which might lower the AST level, or know of specific supplements that should be avoided (causing additional stress on the liver)?

My reaction to Crestor & Nubeqa combo. I need to make some adjustments. This study says simvastatin is best against APC. Your thoughts?
Based on these studies, do you think it's best to use simvastatin as your choice of statins? I'm using Crestor 5 mg plus 5mg Zetia and my ldl has gone down to a level, which puts me at risk of infection. Plus, my brain isnt functioning nearly as well as it used to. My current ldl is 27. This probably

diabetes and prostate cancer
I’m a stage lll patient with a tumor out and against the rectum. 18 months of ADT lupron and
zytiga
with near 40 rounds of radiation. I’ve been reading about a relationship between diabetes and prostate cancer.

PSA <0.04 to exactly 0.05
(thus the stage 4 diagnosis) He has been on
Zytiga
and Lupron since that time. He had radiation to the primary tumor and both mets in the summer of 2020. His PSA has been <0.04 since that time. However, last week his PSA came back at 0.05.

Slight Testosterone Increase While on Lupron/Zytiga
Hi all, I've been on Lupron/
Zytiga
for exactly 1 year. Testosterone went from 650 to <5ng/dl in that timeframe. Now, for the first time in 11 months my Testosterone went from <5 to <12ng/dl. I know that's not much of an increase but wondering if the ADT effectiveness is fading.

Things don’t look good!!!
My husband has been on
Zytiga
, Lynparza, Keytruda Doxetaxel, Cabazitaxel as well as Carboplatin. Nothing really worked long term. He is Castrate resistant. He most recently had one treatment of Lu 177. His platelets never really bounced back since his first treatment.

Docetaxel, Chemotherapy
Hi, Have you tried Docetaxel before the
Zytiga
? My dad did the Docetaxel (6 rounds) before the
Zytiga
and it killed a TON of the cancer. He was only on ADT for 2.5 years after the chemotherapy. Wishing you the very best, Karyn

IMPACT of ZYTIGA on COVID booster
Will
Zytiga
+ prednisone interfere with the COVID bivalent booster? Is it necessary to get it before treatment with
Zytiga
begins, probably in a couple of weeks? Have had two vaccines and two boosters so far, and am 3.5 months out from COVID infection.

How long have you warriors been on ADT for advanced low volume PCa?
Started Lupron 2 months ago and
Zytiga
2 weeks ago. They tell me I’ll never come off the meds.😕 I’m looking to see how long some of you guys have been doing this ADT thing, either my same regiment or something different. Thanks in advance

Starting Docutaxel chemo treatments this week
They said no to radiation and instead started him on
Zytiga
in June. The combo kept his PSA to <1 where it remained until late last month when it went up to a 6.3.

PSMA miracle?
Been on Lupron and
Zytiga
with Prednisone since November 2021. Numerous MRI's, CT scans, and bone scans over course of first year indicated multiple bone mets in pelvis, rib, elbow and shoulder. Also moderate to severe arthritis and neuropathy.

No more free Zytiga
I've been on a half-dose (500 mgs) of
Zytiga
for more that five years and remain undetectable.

missed the boat on triplet therapy?
Sadly I had mentioned adding
zytiga
(after reviewing peace trial) at his initial consult and was told this would be next line for when he had a psa progression.
