Just update. Got #5 yesterday. My psa was at 30 before this, so trending upward. Had radiation on hip 10 days before. Had psma scan after 2, saw some improvement. Boy, since diagnosed when psa was 1100, have gotten down to 5 (after chemo, then agin during zytiga). Maybe mine will always be elevated? Anyways, achey today, possibly good effect of treatment. One more, hopefully

This is the type of posting we all like to see. Pluvicto (Lutetium-177) is a game-changer for many men (not all). It is definitely not the silver bullet that we are all hoping for and that will eradicate prostate cancer. but Nonetheless, very glad to hear it is working for you. 😊

What was your prior PSA after each of your prior 4 treatments?For me, 6 weeks after treatment #1, my PSA dropped from 98 to 23. Just had #2.

Before: 35After 1: 15

After 2: 21

After 3: 25

After 4: 30....(measured a week after radiation)

Each "after" is about 4 weeks after treatment, or 10 days before next.
