Xarelto -- 15mg or 20mg?
My cardio prescribed 90 days of 20 mg
Xarelto
right from the start, and I assumed that 20mg is the one-size-fits-all dose. Months later, he gave me 6 weeks worth of free samples , and when I got home I noticed the strength was 15mg.

Confused
Prescribed Flecainide and
Xarelto
. No real AF for a week, then started again, heart rate kept dropping to 42 ish - back to emergencies. Asked if I could go back on Sotalol as it had worked well previously and this time it has had no effect, if anything made it worse!

APS and excessive bleeding/blood clots during menstruation
After the 7th or 8th day of this I usually stop taking my blood thinner (I take
Xarelto
because I could never stabilize on Warfarin) because I get so weak and lethargic and sick of bleeding that I just want it to stop, and usually after two days it will.

Normal concern or unnecessary worry?
For many years I had occasional bouts of PVCs, then during a time of great stress I was diagnosed with paroxysmal AF, but it wasn't until a year ago that I was given Flecainide twice a day, Metoprolol and
Xarelto
.

Taking Aspirin for Your Heart? How to Make It Even More Effective?
There has been some press lately, at least in the USA on adding rivaroxaban (
Xarelto
) to your daily aspirin regimen, as a result of new studies. I am sure some of you have seen this press.

Digoxin side effects
Hi I am in permanent AF but don't feel symptoms because of meds On very low dose of digoxin, 6.25 mcg , Diltiazem 360 mgs and
xarelto
daily. I was wondering if anyone on any of these especially digoxin has loose stools, more like diarrhea several times a day.

Psychosomatic or???!
I'm on
Xarelto
permanently due to later LAC positivity. So when I get one of these headaches, the area on my neck where the clot was just aches. Each time. Once the headache passes so does the ache. Husband doesn't think it's related but coincidental. Last night I had a really bad head.

Ablations and cardioversions and internal defibrillator
I am taking Coreg and propafanone, plus
xarelto
. I've been fighting afib since 2010 and it's really discouraging. I stay away from alcohol and caffeine. Try not to eat big meals. I guess I'm just discouraged that nothing seems to work for me.

Feeling a little lost 💔
So I was sent home with 50MG flecainide BD Verapamil 240mg SR daily And
xarelto
20mg daily. Now I'm awaiting an ablation but the side effects of the meds are pretty much wiping me out, insomnia, nausea, tight chest. I've asked to reside the flecainide and I'm awaiting a call from my EP.

Rosacea, cracking teeth, and tingling feet! :-/
I did
xarelto
for 6 months after stroke. I'm only 36 :-( I don't want red cheeks and false teeth yet! I'm using Soolanta from derm for cheeks works well...teeth are costing me $$$! I'm blessed to make it through alive though! So from one sticky blood to another...anyone else deal with this?

Was in PAF but now NSR
I also take Verampamil 120mg and (changed from warfarin)
xarelto
20mg, As I was going privately as the NHS waiting list is to long, so am delighted not to have to spend my holiday money on another Cardioversion! But what do I do now? Will my delight be short lived?

My new "toy"
Following my ablation in January I have been through various monitor tests and have been discharged, taken off
xarelto
and told to keep an eye on my heart rhythm. I opted to get a Kardia montior and have started recording at various times as a routine or when I feel symptoms, very low level.

Anxious from lack of info
I can't take krill oil as I am to start on
Xarelto
(rivaroxaban) now. Any ideas on what would help my eyes? I do have reduced kidney function.

Long term Clexane or any form of heparin
Anyways after 4 days of clexane i was started on
Xarelto
that gave me terrible side effects.. refused to try warfarin due to the INR nightmare so ive been with 2 shots of clexane daily x 60mg every 12 hours. Dont really mind the shots and bruising as long as i know im covered.

Feeling Toxic?
Ever since being put on Flecainide, Metoprolol and
Xarelto
a little over a year ago I have not felt like myself. At the risk of being written-off as too dramatic I will say that if asked how I am feeling I would have to use the word "toxic".

Renewed DVT
This time I'm taking 30 mg daily of
Xarelto
for three weeks then shall be on 20mg rivaoxaban daily thereafter. A simpler process, avoiding weekly blood tests.

Hello, everybody
Anyway, I'm now on
Xarelto
(rivaroxaban) for the next three months, and quite possibly longer, and am to see the specialist on the 18th. So far, so good, but it does seem to give me dreadful indigestion!
