ICSI - advice needed please
My OH is older than me and had a
vasectomy
over 12 years ago. Given his age, and the reduced likelihood of a successful reversal we plan to go down the icsi route. I’m 29 with no know fertility or health issues so we are hopeful that icsi will be successful.

Recently diagnosed metastatic
Hello everyone I'm caroline, 39 and in the UK. July 2015 I was diagnosed with primary Her2 positive BC, had mastectomy, chemo, herceptin injections for 12 months, and radiotherapy, treatment ended Feb 2016 with NED. I had a bone scan just before lockdown here as I'd had the odd niggle of discomfort

Well, it's been a rollercoaster of a month for me... my infection did not seem to improve with the removal of the port and the oral antibiotics. The doctor wanted me to go to the ER to get IV antibiotics put into to me. Ordinarily wouldn't mind going to the ER but with a pandemic going on, I was very

Chemo port leading to emergency. Can we remove it during severe anemia?
My mother in law is 60year old and was diagnosed with a stage1- 1inch malignant lump with h1+ in her right breast. We moved forward and had her right mastectomy done within 2weeks of detection. After one month we started chemo with docetaxel, carboplatin and trastuzumab as suggested by medical oncologist

Has anyone had their Breast Cancer metastasized to the breast skin (aka Skin Mets)?
Diagnosed with invasive lobular breast cancer in my right breast in 2015, estrogen and progesterone positive. I subsequently had a mastectomy followed by radiation with clean margins and with no evidence of disease. A couple years later, I had breast reconstruction and it was discovered that my breast

Hello ladies. I am new and just got my results. I am soon to be 53 years old next month. I was told today I have Invasive Cancer stage II and Grade 3. It's right on the Nipple area so I chosen to go with Mastectomy of my left breast and get reconstructed later. Good news due to a cancellation my surgery

PART 2. NO to radiation treament
After being very stressed about her telling me someone would call and it would be about more than likely getting radiation FIVE DAYS a week from 3 to 6 weeks. I know from a friend that had stage 2 and had chemo, mastectomy, radiation and that the radiation for her was the worse part of it. She said

Low AMH / Antisperm antibodies IVF/ICSI round 2!!
Together with my pretty rubbish hormone levels, my OH has 100% bound antisperm antibodies from a
vasectomy
/reversal. On his most recent sperm analysis only 1% of his sperm had progressive motility.

Condoms plus circumcision equals?
The goal for me is to get a
vasectomy
in a few years so I am sure things will change when condoms are only used to mitigate the mess 😅

Vasectomy query
I had a
vasectomy
in 2013 that at the time was apparently successful. I've recently tried to get my copy of the letter from my GP. However they haven't got it on file, does anyone know where a copy would be stored?

Latest Update - Post Surgery during Pandemic
Hi All, Just thought I'd post an update. I ended up opting for the double mastectomy, and had the surgery on St. Patrick's Day (March 17th). Considering the hospital was already in COVID-19 lockdown mode, I'm glad I went ahead with the surgery since now most surgeries are postponed. Also the plastic
