Undescended testicles

My endocrinologist says I have had hypogonadism since undescended testicles operation at 10 ( I am now 75).I had had chronic lowT probably lifelong. .15 years ago I tried T injections but they raised my psa to over 4 which prompted a biopsy and score of 3+3.

I have had lot T all of my life ( I think)due to undescended testicles at birth treated with surgery at 10 years old. So my Pc wasnt caused by highT. Anyway, my testosterone level is not rebounding at all and could I try some supplementation at this point in time?

The manifestations are a 3 mm ASD with pulmonary hypertension since birth ( cause unknown and yet to rule out primary or secondary to his adenoids ) , congenital glaucoma, pedal edema, left undescended testicles with global development delay. He is now 5 years old.

I'm trying to get in touch with the clinic we're hopefully referred to but I'm going to be looking for people going through TESE following undescended testicles and incredibly low counts.

If you cannot feel one or both testicles. This may mean an undescended testicle. A soft collection of thin tubes is felt above or behind the testicle. This may mean a varicocele. This can cause erectile dysfunction.
