16+ years since dx and what we’ve learned
Thinking of adding B3, B6 and NAC, although I’m confused about which to try- N-acetyl l-
tyrosine
or N-acetyl cystine. Please advise if you know and if there are other supplements you recommend. As always, we are very grateful for this forum and wish you all the best. -Angie

TSH suppressed at 0.02 and feel extremely anxious
My TSH is suddenly way too low—0.006 and T3 in upper range( currently 3.2 and highest is 3.5) which is too high for me. It wasn’t this high when I was on 150mcg Tirosint and latest was taking 125/137 every other day. What’s the best to do to reduce it? I am currently on 112 every day but I am afraid

Medication help please NDT please!
I posted a few days ago about my latest labs. I was on 1 1/2 grains of armour. The past few days I have cut myself down to 1/2 as I tried cutting down to 1 grain but still felt awful and hyper. My Dr said this was ok as hyper. I already have PoTs so sensitive to anything effected heart rate. Well my

Is inositol, hexaphosphate form, bad for CLL?
However, as I read about how it works, it seems to indicate that it increases or activates Bruton
Tyrosine
Kinase. So, if BTK inhibitors are positive for CLL, I would assume then that IP6 would be very contraindicated in CLL. Am I reading these articles correctly, anyone out there, AussieNeil?

BTK inhibitor challenges by Dr. Nicole Lamanna
. - Nicole Lamanna, MD: With the advent of the BTK [Bruton
tyrosine
kinase] inhibitors and the fact that we’ve had many individuals on ibrutinib and now even acalabrutinib for many years, there’s no doubt that we’re starting to see some patients who develop resistant mutations to the covalent BTK inhibitors

Any Strategies For Controlling Blood Sugar While Taking Thyroid Meds
I am not a diabetic. Before having my thyroidectomy my glucose levels never rose above 82. Controlling by morning blood sugars have been especially difficult, maybe due to taking the meds at 6am while the "Dawn Effect" is still present. Do anyone exercise in the mornings before taking their meds

Any Post Menopausal Ladies with High Testosterone
I got the shock of my life this morning when the lab sent via email a test result. It shows that I have a testosterone level of 81 (range 3-67). I placed a call to my Endo and she agreed a woman my age (63) should not have testosterone levels that high. Just think all I had planned to discuss with

Medication help!
I have just changed over from armour NDT to tirosint and compounded t3. My t3 is in capsules so I can not split this dose twice in a day. I ended up having to take both before bed 2 hours after food. I am better taking my meds at bedtime due to side effects etc. I feel awful today after doing a straight

T4 dosing every other day?
I have just purchased tirosint t4 50mg caps. I have many and now need to reduce t4 down to 25 a day but can’t split them as they are oil caps. So can I just take 1 50mg cap every other day and it would work the same?

Adding t3
I am on 50 mg of t4 and have very low t3 so now looking at adding some t3 in. How much would be a normal amount to add as it’s at the bottom of the range and should I also reduce t4? I’m on tirosint which is oil so the capsule can’t be split
