Truvada

MD Anderson "can't find where the cancer is" so he is on no medication other that Truvada. I assume that MD would use the latest scan technology. I just wanted to throw this out there as a FYI.

I have missed my truvada and isentress by 12 hours and now i am panicking. Fears of resistance. Although i am undetectable from last 10 years. Anyone had similar experiences to discuss how much risk i am in now

with truvada!!

I just got on meds, Truvada and Tivicay, two weeks ago. My CD4 count was 221, I guess I've had it for a while. Tests show my vitals are all alright and I'm looking at getting my number up with the medications.

I would like to know why so many people don't know that PrEP and Truvada is the same thing?

I went to my doctor and they have put me back on my first set of meds DARUNAVIR and TRUVADA. And said when I have my doctors appointment I can change. I find the information about meds impossible to choose. They show you a pill bock and it's like how do I know which one to pick.

On top of that kidney stones caused by truvada. I'm almost back to to normal. Besides, I'm in a new treatment, I got switched for 4 different meds to just one (Triumeq). Working out was not my thing but it feels really good. I just love the results

Truvada* is part of my current regimen. Would you say that I am moderately/completely/notatall protected against reinfection with the same or a different string of the virus? Thank you * given the fact Truvada is the prep drug.

On Truvada and Tivicay Managed it ok ish and I feel I am getting better.

I take Truvada and Raltegravir. I don't know why but my Doc showed me the cost of these to the NHS is £647.29 for Raltegravir and Truvards at £355.73 as I take 1 twice and 1 once a dat this amounts to £1650.35 a month. I'm staggered.

Hello again, I want to start taking my Prezista/Norvir/Truvada dose 1 1/2 hours earlier. My doctor told me, I can do that at once but I don't want to rush. My plan is to take them 45 minutes earlier starting today, and keep it like that for a month before making the second step of 45'.

I have a few doses of my Truvada/Prezista/Norvir pills left in their boxes for 2 months now. The boxes are properly closed and kept and the drugs have an expiry date of next year. Only problem, is that I have removed the aluminium foil of the plastic lid.

After being on Truvada and Tivicay for 1 month my VL was down from 18,000 to 40 then after another month it was Undetectable!  I've been happy to have no side effects and getting all meds free with the Gilead and ViiV co-pay cards!

Prezista/Truvada on the other hand can be stored briefly for up to 30 degrees C (86 degrees F) in their original containers not in a pill box. Any suggestions, out of your personal experience? Should I worry about what happened today?

I don't know why I am writing this but I just learnt that my CD4s went up from 180 to 318 after 28 days on treatment with Truvada/Prezista/Norvir. I believe that's a good sign isn't it?

I am given Truvada, Prezista 800mg and Norvir 100mg. What do you know about this regimen and please confirm whether I should take 1 pill of each at the same time, every day WITH food. The reason I'm asking is because I am not sure.

The FDA is already reviewing two other TAF-inclusive combination tablets: an updated version of Stribild (elvitegravir/cobicistat/tenofovir/emtricitabine), which Gilead submitted to the agency in November 2014; and a new version of Truvada (tenofovir/emtricitabine), submitted in April 2015.
