GCA candidate Tremfya fails to meet clinical trial objectives

Here in the US, Johnson & Johnson announced today it is halting its Phase 2 "THEIA" trial as the numbers of enrolled GCA patients did not, unfortunately, achieve the level of remission hoped for. If you're inclined to read the technical details, you can google Janssen Rheumatology's data.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has used tremfya (guselkumab) for scalp psoriasis? Or psoriasis in general. I am now on my second injection but no signs of improvement yet, Curious if it has helped anyone else

What type of scan? Can we get an X-ray of just the back of neck to see if a new met has appeared? Or does it have to be a MRI or Cat Scan?

Which biologic should I pick?

I am suppose to be deciding if I want to go on Stelara, Tremfya, Cosentyx, or the other two DMARDs. Has anyone tried any of these. I seem to always leave my appointment with regrets on not asking enough questions. It is an awful feeling and it keeps happening.

FINALLY Diagnoised

I'm mad at these so called Rheumotologists who lack the knowledge to diagnose psa and has left me practically crippled for 19 months and I'm currently waiting to go on TREMFYA or Cosyntex I think Cosyntex would be a better PSA fit although Tremfya says it helps PSA...I'm not sure anymore.
