Symbicort

I take Braltus, 10 micro grams and symbicort 200. I exercise daily for around 45 minutes . My problem starts when trying to sleep on my back my breathing becomes a bit harder, but I am ok sleeping on my side !

I knew I had it but daily preventer (2x symbicort morning and night) and bricanyl couple of times a week kept it in check.

I spoke to my asthma nurse and she put me on Symbicort 200/6 instead. I asked her if this was the equivalent dosed steroids and she said yes. But I’ve read step up/down documents that state otherwise. That Symbicort 200/6 is equivalent to Fostair 100/6.

For some inexplicable reason - well giving up sugar and doubling exercise might be part of it - I have dropped my requirement for 8 doses of symbicort a day, which Ive been on for years, to just 2.

I've been on Symbicort for a year. I take one puff in the morning and one at night. For the past month or so, I havent been feeling right. I think my blood pressure is through the roof and I'm assuming it's from Symbicort. I lost my job/health insurance due to the virus.

I'm currently using symbicort 100/6 2x am, 2x pm and been on it close to 6 month.

I take symbicort twice a day. Peak flow is generally in the green. I can exercise without a problem. But I have GERD. Sometimes it shows itself as heartburn.

I am on Symbicort 200/6. I take one puff in day and one puff in eve. The doctor tells me I have six remaining puffs to play with as needed. What does as needed mean? Whenever I feel any asthma symptom?

My take on it is that ever since I was hospitalized and sent home and taking first Advair, then Breo and now Symbicort everyday, that medicine alone has possibly contributed to my not feeling right.
