Thealoz duo eye drops
Anyone used these with any success? I have terribly dry eyes which is affecting my vision. I’ve been using carbomer eye gel and hycosan extra with little relief. Also using heated eye mask at night. Really hoping these drops give me a little relief, my eyes are bone dry

IVF day 6
Hi everyone, Hope you all had a lovely New Year! Just want to share my experience so far..I started the IVF treatment last Sat taking Menopur in the morning and started Cetrotide from yesterday. I felt pretty alright before I started Cetrotide though, since then I’ve had a bit of diarrheas. Just checked

Keppra
After nearly 3 years off of phenytoin (Dilantin) I have been rediagnosed with epilepsy. I have been placed on 500 mg levetiraceta (Keppra). I had also just recently had Gabapentin added to my Ropinirole regimen, to help with my RLS. I was assured I could take the everything together and I was sleeping

Ongoing RLS sufferer
I have been a sufferer of RLS for ten years and more and currently on increasing dose of Ropinirole which has been more successful than pramixepole and gabapentin for me. I have noticed if I get ill with cold/flu the RLS disappears. Not a good exchange though but it helps me to sleep through illness

Trying to push through the pain
I take comfort in reading these posts, although I wish that none of us had to deal with RLS. I just flew from Raleigh to NYC to pet sit my grandpups. I was in a panic that RLS was going to kick in on the flight, so I had two glasses of wine. When I got to my kids apartment I was so relieved, I had another

My main problem is that trying to get help and treatment for myself is a complete nightmare, frustrating and often unsuccessful. If I want help

What is this? Dermographism that turns deep red
What is this? It raises up like Dermatographia but the rash leaves and I’m left with a really red mark? For few days It doesn’t itch or hurt at all and the weals raise up after scratches or pressure... also most noticeable after hot shower.

How do you deal with RLS?
Hello, I’ve been dealing with RLS for at least ten years. At times, it keeps me up for hours. Currently I’m taking 3mg of Ropinirol at bedtime, and have also tried Mirapex. Some nights it works and other nights nothing helps. I’ve tried bathing, massage, walking, cold packs, etc. If anyone had advice

Nuchal translucency higher reading worries
Hello, I’m after some advice if anyone can help? I am now 20 weeks and changed care provider this week. My previous care provider carried out 12 week scan and testing for downs etc- the higher Nuchal translucency level of 2.9mm (95th percentile) was not told to me at the time of scan. Bloods were taken

Sore tongue with dry mouth 🙁
Hi everyone Just wondered if any of you lovely people have suffered with a really sore and sensitive tongue as part of your Scleroderma? I always have a dry mouth regardless of how much I drink, but at the moment my tongue is particularly dry and the tip is so very sore. Biotene gel doesn’t last at

Pulmonary fibrosis
My sister in-law has RA but was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis this past September. Has anyone else experienced this and what course of action was taken. My SIL is on oxygen 24/7 and is on a lung transplant list. Anyone have similar issues?

Very high beta hcg after BFP - sensitive post
Hi, I'm very concerned about my beta hcg levels. I've transferred 2 embryos, both blastocists, genetically tested. I'm today at 5w5d and got a scan to check the embryos. We could see one viable embryo and his heartbeat ❤ However, I've never seen such high hcg levels for a single pregnancy before: 11dp5dt

Cutting back on Requip
When I started RLS only happened at night, now its all day long. Im suppose to take Requip 1mg four times daily. Also Gabapentin 300mg 3yimes a day. Problem is I seem to need it every 3 hours or I am miserable. Can I cut the Requip in half so I dont run out? If I take 1of each pill when I go to bed

Ivf journal?
This might be a really random post, but I’ve just suffered my first chemical pregnancy which was completely heartbreaking. I’ve ordered the Zita West’s guide to fertility and have read almost a third this evening, which I have found really helped. I really want to change my mindset and my attitude
