SRS "Cyber knife" advice?
Hello all. My wife has TNBC with mets to lungs and brain. We have been putting off Stereo tactic Radiosurgery (SRS) as the brain mets were shrinking. This has lasted a few months but last scan shows possible progression of brain mets. Our Oncologist thinks now is the time to do SRS to the brain. We only

Regrowth after gamma-knife?
Does anybody know what the re-growth probability is many years after
stereotactic
radiosurgery
? I had treatment for an AN in 2013, which then decreased in size and then remained constant to 13x8x9mm until at least 2019 (last MRI).

tomato sauce for prostate therapy
I saw a video where a holistic dr. mention that eating organic home cooked tomato sauce 3 to 4 times a week ,can prevent prostate cancer by %50, I would think those with mestastic prostate cancer can still help them along with what your doing like , radiation, surgery, and ADT. can't hurt because it

Meningioma questions
I was recently contacted by an oncologist who suggested I have it treated by
Stereotactic
Radiosurgery
. This seems to carry a lot of unpleasant side effects so I am very worried about it. I don't have any symptoms at present.

Small PSA rise after radiation: should I worry?
I finished five sessions of stereotactic radiotherapy of two pelvic lymph nodes on May 12, 2021. The first blood test a couple of weeks later showed a PSA rise to 20 from 16. Doctors said this was probably "flare". Then more than two months later, on July 14, PSA had risen just two points -- to 22

The case of Guy Tenenbaum
Wondering if you could guy help me sort out this special case. Guy Tenenbaum is a youtuber that I’ve been following for the past 10 months but I’ve watched every video that he’s put out over the past 2 years to document his journey. I truly believe the guy (no pun intended) is legit as he doesn’t sell

Focused Ultrasound Therapy, FDA-approved for Essential Tremors
• In contrast to lesioning performed with
stereotactic
radiosurgery
, focused ultrasound does not use ionizing radiation, thus avoiding the side effects of exposure to radiation.

Stereotactic Radiosurgery in Treating Patients with Oligometastatic Disease
I did ask if they did
Stereotactic
Radiosurgery
outside of the trial to treat individual Mets and was told yes they did, as SOC, but depending on the met, insurance may require radiation prior to doing Radiosurgery if the radiation was ineffective.

Heading for Stereotactic Radiotherapy
I thought it was time i put up an update. In December my PSA increased to 0.063 and I was advised to check with Heidelberg University Hospital in about a PSMA-PET scan. While it was not clear if my PSA below the level required for the hospital to locate the cancer they were confident and I had it done
