Night cramps 😢 and Night heat
I do suffer with very low
sodium
levels on every blood test for years now, no matter how much salt I consume.

Persistent sweet taste.....
Apparently the low
sodium
level caused by SIAHD is the culprit. My
sodium
level was 135. The problem is The last 4 blood tests I've had showed
sodium
at 139 to 142. I'm at a loss here. A little freaked out as well.

Liothyronine Hydrochloride vs Liothyronine Sodium
Have you or any of your members have any experience with Liothyronine Hydrochloride vs Liothyronine
Sodium
? As I understand it, the UK licensed version of T3 contains
sodium
and hydrochloride is only used in Henning Thybon, which is the German licensed product.

I am testing Vitamins D, B12 and B9, Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc, Ferritin,
Sodium
and Calcium tomorrow. I take iron, vitamin d, fish oils, selenium, magnesium, vitamin c. I also take a b complex but stopped this a few days ago as it contains biotin.

Hello everyone. I just joined. I'm 44 and have dealt with IBS since about high school. I've been to 3 gastro Drs in my life and all basically say just eat healthy and avoid trigger foods (dairy, glutens, etc.). I'm fairly healthy. Last July I started a nutrition program and released 40 lbs of fat. I'm

Fatty Liver Friendly Recipe Ideas?
I recently discovered some fun substitutes that are helping, like black soy beans instead of regular beans for dishes (lower carbs, higher protein, and fairly low
sodium
! I've been using Eden Organic).
