She asked how i was feeling and i told her that since taking down my seretide i have struggled, especially now i'm more active. She read the notes form my last cons appointment and was raving

Also theres the light headedness that has been there since i took

When to start pred/ theophylline
I was shocked to read the Asthma UK action plan the other day (I've never had my own). It classes the red zone as, amongst others, using a reliever more than every 4 hours. The treatment for this is to start taking pred. Would this be true for most people - the pred bit? Ermm, I would be on pred a

I have been struggling to get control of my symptoms for over a year now with no luck (on a short course (hopefully) of Prednisolone at the moment) and after talking to my mum she pointed out that my symptoms have become out of control since just after starting my current job as a social worker

No Pollen=no asthma
Well my asthma seems to have disappeared now the pollen has gone. I've weaned off the seretide and the becotide and my PF is holding up and I have no real symptoms. This will probably make many of you want to throw things at me as I can see lots of you are suffering out there. Hope things improve for

Cold weather and inhalers
You may think I'm mad, but I'm going somewhere thats going to be about -30 C. I've phoned GSK to ask if MDIs will work in that extreme cold, and all they could say is that they have data showing that below 2 C the quality of the drugs are not affected, but the proppellant may not work effectively, so
