Tired, sick-feeling, slightly unsteady?
My
PSA
levels remain low and steady. However, for the last few weeks I have felt weaker than normal, slightly nauseated, and a little unsteady when walking. Pretty much all day long. Does anyone know if this is "normal?" Will this pass or is this what my days will continue to feel like?

Been on Lynparza for one month and
PSA
is going up -was told that it is not uncommon for
PSA
to rise before it falls again. Has anyone else had this experience? Thank you.

Turmeric and PSA test
January 3rd
PSA
test was down from 3.01 to 2.71 ( Yeah!) But I read today that turmeric can caused decline in
PSA
and NOT to take it for a week before
PSA
test. Should he stop taking it now before
PSA
test next week?

PSA after RP.
It was the standard
PSA
test and not the ultra sensitive test. The results were <0.1 I guess that means it’s between 0.00 and 0.09. That’s good right? I have a ultra sensitive
PSA
test on March 1st. Where do I want that # to be?

I am being offered to enter a trial for zenocutuzumab
My
PSA
has remained constant at ,01 for about a year. My last scans show in my MO's words, very minimal growth. I have the papers to sign in front of me, they want to get the pre-tests done this coming week before treatment begins. WHAT SAY YOU ALL???

Treatment Decision: Now considering surgery
As a reminder I am Gleason 8/9 (all 12 cores) with a
PSA
that has been hovering around 25 since October. I am paraphrasing Dr. Brachy but he essentially said, "I rarely recommend surgery but it does happen.

How fast should your PSA drop after the first ADT treatment.
How fast should his
PSA
drop. How will we know if this is working. I know this treatment is to slow this down and the out look is three years or so if he is responding to this. This is all new as of March this year so not even sure of questions to ask.

Heidelberg
we just had our appointment with the doc in Heidelberg, the 4 week Proton treatment seemed to have worked, the
PSA
went from 0,7 to 0,2. During the radiation, they ran a pet scan twice a week. My husband had no negative side effects with this radiation, life quality was good.

pSMA scan question
Also when
psa
goes up does that necessarily mean there are new metastasis or can it just means same ones are active again?

I just don't know...
Now with rising
PSA
. 1. No evidence of local recurrence in the surgical resection bed. 2. No suspicious PSMA avid lymphadenopathy. 3. Progression of patient's known ossious metastasis with interval development of multiple new PSMA avid sclerotic osseous metastases.

He has not yet been diagnosed with PCA but his
PSA
has doubled from 3 to 6.0 in the past 6 months. I am just wondering if anybody in the Buffalo area has an Oncologist/Urologist that they would recommend. Thank You for any suggestions

Firmagon and PSA
Good news my
PSA
went from 14.5 to .89 and Testosterone dropped to 7 after first treatment. I am scheduled for radiation treatment the end of April. I read your Post daily and I’m amazed at the strength everyone shows here in their struggles . I hope that today is a good day for all.
