Now Undetectable PSA on BAT Regimen
My
PSA
has continued to decline on this regimen. It was down by 90% in January 2023 to 0.030. Now it has become undetectable <0.015. These were measured at towards the end of the ADT month of each cycle. So my next step will be to measure it during the high testosterone phases.

Update on my PSA from 100 to 3.9 on Casodex and Lupron
My
PSA
came down from 100 to 3.9 in 30 days. I’m sure someone here will find a way to rain on my parade. The attached chart is my updated
PSA
, including today. Today I had my second Lupron injection after 30 days of Casodex and Lupron.

11 months of vacatión and going strong, I think
I plan to return to ADT when
PSA
reaches 6, then go back on vacatión once I get my
PSA
back down to point one. This will hopefully get me to 80 and beyond.

Cured after LU177
My brother-in-law had prostate cancer in his bones with a
PSA
in the hundreds. He went to Germany and had two treatments of LU177. He came back to the US, had a scan, and says he is now cured. Is that possible?

How do you find a good oncologist and how do you overcome the side effects of Lupron?
His
PSA
is currently at .31 and when I asked him what his Gleason score was he said he didn't know what that was. At this point, I'm concerned that the oncologist he's been seeing is not a good fit and isn't giving my dad the information he needs to make decisions.

Need advice- MO recommending radiation. From the wording in the PSMA scan it sounds like a shot in the dark.
The wording in the scan sounds to me like it’s not sure that this is cause of his rising
PSA
. Why subject him to radiation if not sure? I’m just not sure what even to ask. Is radiation called for? I Btw, thought the MO had ordered the scan prematurely.

High-Dose Vitamin B1 / Thiamine and Fat Soluble Benfotiamine Form
I'm not giving medical advice but I know a lot of people here are open to trying things and watch if there's a change in their
PSA
kinetics. Things like Sulforphane (broccoli seed extract), melatonin, green tea extract (ECGC), curcumin, etc etc etc.

After my brachytherapy my
PSA

Are there options past Pluvicto?
After the first Pluvicto infusion his
PSA
went from 49 to 27, at two weeks post infusion. However, a couple of weeks later, when he had his second infusion, it had risen again, to 42. So
PSA
-wise, it seems he had only incremental results from the first infusion.

Please share your experiences with Provenge. What’s it like getting the injections and what are your results?
I started the Eclipse clinical trial three weeks ago with
PSA
of 3.3 and am authorized for up to four treatments. My plan is to start Provenge after the trial is over. What do you guys think about this?

Casodex after castration resistance?
After being undetectable on mono HT (Zoladex) for 67 months my dad's
PSA
started climbing in December 2022. In March it was 0.05. His testosterone level also rose from 0.6 to 1.2. The doctor recommended to add Casodex. After a month, in April his
PSA
was 0.024 and testosterone was 0.9.
