ER visit after 13 days on Zanubrutinib (Diagnosed 13yrs 8mos b4 needing treatment)

Treatment Plan; Proventil Nebulizer 4X per day as needed, Doxycycline 100mg po 2X per day x 1 week, Prednisone 40mg po x 3 days; Tylenol or etc for pain. Then Acalabrutinib 100mg po 1X per day to monitor side effects.

Hello, my insurance keeps changing my inhaler, so currently using proventil hfa. The problem is I got spoiled using inhalers that kept a dosage count for me so I always knew when they were empty. It's a silly question but how do I know with this one? Does it just stop spraying?

Can anyone explain to me how often exacerbations are "supposed" to be happening?

On Spiriva, Symbicort, Proventil, and nebulizer. I do fall short on taking all my meds on time. I wonder if that is why I keep getting infections.

Has anyone tried Promensil , not sure if it would interfere with Thyroxine? Could do with something for hot flushes, any suggestions please.
