Incontinence after prostatectomy
I've tried myriad pads and diapers and the designs and fabric all cause awful chafing and irritation at the tip of penis. Anyone have a product or solution? Tks.

Bathmate anyone?
Has anyone use this for getting their penis back in shape after a radical
prostatectomy
? My surgery was done laparoscopically with the robot and I feel like I probably want to start trying this sooner rather than later.

interesting article in JAMA
A total of 16.4% of the patients had undergone
prostatectomy
or received radiotherapy for localized disease, and 10.7% had received previous docetaxel therapy; 62.7% had high-volume disease, and 37.3% had low-volume disease.

Seafood Lunch with an OLD friend, Prostate Treatment choices (revisited) and "what would the urologist do?" (differently than he'd advise?)
For this reason, I plan to have a robotic radical
prostatectomy
early in February 2019. I believe that the surgical removal of my prostate offers the best chance for cure.

Blood pressure medications and prostate cancer
In conclusion, antihypertensive drugs are associated with increased risk of PCa death and starting of ADT after radical
prostatectomy
. An exception are ATR-blockers which are associated with better PCa survival and lowered risk of starting ADT.

First tests after treatment & what to ask oncologist...
First diagnosed Gleason 7 confined to prostate in 2010 resulting in
prostatectomy
then no further treatment until now. Gradual rise in psa to 0.8 last year resulted in a psma pet scan which was clear. Another rise to 1.4 and another pet scan in February this year and bang spinal met, stage 4.

My first post. Rising PSA After Surgery.
October 2018: had robotic laparoscopic
prostatectomy
at University of Chicago Medical Center. Nerve-sparing surgery on left side. Wide margin on right side but still had one 1 mm positive margin on right side. Confirmed Gleason 8. 15 lymph nodes removed - no PCa.
