Lupron for the rest of your life! Why? How old are you?

I was on eligard (ADT) for six months. I opted for HIFU rather than radiation. Local (not HIFU) urologist suggested two more years of eligard. Nope. How would I know if HIFU worked? Why would I sacrifice quality of life doing that? I'll wait for PSA to get out of line before I get back on eligard (ADT). I am 2 1/2 years post HIFU. RP implies that you were not metastatic. Seems like your treatment is aggressively conservative.

You don't give any details at all, just a single sentence. What are your expectations from this group? What do you need? Or are you just venting? I get that!
