hello, I received 2,500u of Pregnyl on 10/30 and a second dose on 11/04 on my transfer day. I think my transfer worked. (Keeps fingers crossed) I would think that my lines would began to fade it was soley the trigger shot leaving my system.

my clinic prescribed pregnyl but I can’t seem to get that in the U.K. so now they have said I can have gonasi . I’m going to call around tomorrow but trying to get a heads up tonight . Previously I have used ovritelle.

We had done double trigger with pregnyl and ovidrel. Has this happened to anyone else? About to try one last time and really don’t want this to happen again. Potentially going to add another trigger that works slightly differently. Keen for other perspectives. Thanks milly x

Hi, thank you for joining, this is my story, been in a relationship for 10 years and have been trying for a year or two now but without really being too focused on it until 6 months ago when we decided to go full on, we have had 3 rounds of clomid & pregnyl injections and this time around I am very uncomfortable

I’m assuming I have hcg in my urine from the pregnyl will show up on a test, but will the digital ones be more accurate? I guess if it tests positive I won’t know if it’s the pregnyl or not but if it’s negative at least I know.

I am given HCG injections (Pregnyl 1500) every 3 days from ET for 3 doses. I read that it’s for luteal phase support. What was your result? My OTD is on june 19. I just figured i cant POAS since it may just be from the hcg shots...

I was supposed to take pregnyl (hcg- trigger shot?) last night , but I read the instructions in my diary for administration of prontogest by accident- which goes intramuscular instead of subcutaneous!

I'm not on any meds like progesterone and I had a clomid IUI with pregnyl. Otd is here. My doctor issued urine test is showing an incredible faint positive but the clear blue is a pretty clear BFP!

I trigger with 10000iu of pregnyl in 1/2 hour....what are the side effects of pregnyl. Sorry for the questions...just want to be better informed.

There are loads of follicles though so after lots of discussion between the nurse and doctor, they changed the plan of what I was going to take so I had to take both buserelin and pregnyl at the specific time.

Of course, I HATE needles and there are 28 needles in total: the drugs involved are Ovaleap, Merinol, Buserein and pregnyl. Has anybody ever used these drugsand how did you cope, what are the side effects etc.

Although I had watched the nurse very carefully and tried to follow the written instructions I ended up getting most of my pregnyl running down my leg due to being unclear as to how to actually put the needle onto the syringe (I had not attached it properly.)

I have taken my pregnyl 5000 tonight and have EC on wednesday 26.7.2017 morning.. dont know how i am feeling now nervous or happy or excited or sad.. 😕 any advice ladies.. this is my first icsi cycle..
