Thyroxine and T3
I am currently on 125mcg of Thyroxine (2 different manufacturers)and am about to add 10mcg twice a day. Is there any advice as to the best time of day to take these. I had a thyroidectomy in 2013. Thanks very any input.

Is Afib linked to anxiety ?
Hi HU'ers. This article discusses the similarity between afib and anxiety. The conclusion is interesting. 'Although chronic stress can affect your cardiovascular health, there isn’t enough evidence to suggest that anxiety causes AFib' I don't entirely agree with that but let's agree to disagree

Afib Wearables, capturing data for your EP and a helpful tool.
Thought I would give an update as to my personal study of my AF. For those that have not been following my posts, I consciously decided not to take medications for my AF so I could study the beast by trying alternatives to medications. One of my earliest thoughts was to set up a citizen science website

Aching feet at night
I’ve been taking Carvedilol for 9 months after AFIB . Had Cardioversion and Ablation but still have occasional AFIB. Now experiencing pain in my feet at night. Had anyone had the same issues and found relief?

AF and now coronary artery disease at 47. I recently had a CT angiogram and the results aren’t great. Back to being scared and worried.
So I first came on this forum with my Afib diagnosis and was terrified and depressed about the diagnosis and medications. I had good news from my echocardiogram as I had no damage at all. The last hurdle was a CT angiogram sadly I’ve not made it so well past this hurdle. I’m absolutely gutted to be honest

reverse t3
hi I had a total thyroidectomy after cancer. I’m on 150mg thyroxine And 50 lioytheronine here are my latest results….. could someone tell me why the t3 in my blood is at 6, within range but why do I have so much reverse t3? And what does this mean my buddy is doing to the t3 medication?

Ectopic Beats and Afib recurrence
Hi All, I am now more than 6 months out of the ablation and the 3 months follow up was okay. I am on bisoprolol. Lately, I started feeling many ectopics and as of last 3-4 days they seem to be with me all the time. Two weeks ago, I went to an ER following a sleepless night of anxiety (ECG no Afib and

Not great news today
The end of October I had a cardioversion that failed in less than a month. I met with my cardiologist two weeks ago and he confirmed what I thought that it failed. Actually I have atypical flutter it’s not my a fib as such. He wanted me to meet with the EP he works with so today was the day to do that

Afib breathlessness
Firstly, sorry, I don`t know how to add to an old post so started this. To try and keep it short I had a cardioversion for Afib which worked for a few weeks. I was later put on bisoprolol which I really struggled to walk any distance and upstairs (Asthmatic). Many kind people on here gave me good
