I’ve been taking Carvedilol for 9 months after AFIB . Had Cardioversion and Ablation but still have occasional AFIB. Now experiencing pain in my feet at night.
Had anyone had the same issues and found relief?

I have no experience of carvedilol, but a simple search on side effects says ...
"These factors may affect how you should use this medication. Circulation problems: This medication can cause blood vessels in the extremities to become narrowed." ... which seems to be relevant to your situation.
You will need to discuss this with your GP or whoever prescribed your medication.
Might be of interest to get your vitamin D level checked. After finding that mine was deficient, and eventually changing to a different supplement routine to the one provided by my GP, my foot pain has been gone for more than 2 years. The only medication I've been on for the last 3 years is Apixiban.
Funny you should say this because I have been on Carvedilol for sometime now and often wake up during the night with bad 'cramp' pains in my foot or feet. I have never associated this with the medication but now wonder...? I cure the pain by getting up and walking about for two or three minutes. I would be interested if other users have these experiences.
this stuff suppressed heart rate so greatly that its not at all hard to believe it reduces blood flow to extremities. Not good, not fun. One thought it be sure to be getting baseline exercise in.., ride a stationary bike or whatever your allowed for 3o min... keep blood flow going all day.
Great idea, I definitely will try this tonight.
