Is anyone prescribed with Naltrexone to relieve fibro symptoms?
To read a summary of the research data, go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/23359310/ Patients who are taking
opioids
should not take Naltroxone because they may experience severe cold turkey reactions.

neuropathic (nerve pain) : information
Played "pain drug bingo" and rewarded myself with a chocolate from the tin in the office for every drug he mentioned that I've tried - good job I've steered clear of the
opioids
or there'd be no sweeties left for everyone else. Not sure my own language is very clear tonight.

Starting today with step two of 'expert patient' today with GP,
she also confirmed she did not agree with long term use of
opioids
, but reassured me using them on occassion was not determental.

Becoming an Expert Patient - article 4: Medications & staying in control
Whether you take paracetamol on an occasional basis, or strong
opioids
on a daily basis, it is likely that at some point, you will need some help from medications.
