Ocrevus

He is recommending me to be on Ocrevus hopefully if it goes well for 7-10 yrs. Would this treatment really help me to prevent progression of MS? I’m worried of how MS is going to affect me work and personal life.

I was for 2 years with pain and at ER they did a CT scan and was kidney stones 😒Dr said last MRIs my lessons were good and no new ones in fact one disappeared… so new doctor did new MRIs and found new lessons and wants me to start on OCREVUS.

It is possible and honestly not hard, Firstly, take a Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT), yes OCREVUS is my therapy OF CHOICE. Years of doing every other day shots left my little fat quite lumpy and that iras not a good feel.

Currently I'm on Ocrevus and just had my most recent infusion last week. I've been on it for several years now. The last three have been on the 2.5 hour infusion plan. Even though I've had them at home, it's nice not to be connected to an IV.

Start taking a Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT), my drug of choice is OCREVUS but YOU may want to try something else, do not worry YOU will come back to it. Always remember YOU are the person with m.s. (Multiple Sclerosis), YOU and nobody else. Ask lots and lots of questions.

How soon can YOU get your first Ocrevus infusion and why can't YOU get it sooner? The rest will fall in line as time goes by. Do Not fall for any scams. There is no cure, and there is no magic treatment that YOU CAN take.

Hi all! Just came to update that my partner got his first infusion yesterday! He was there for 6 long hours, but it went better than expected. The place he went to had two really nice rooms, and he got to be alone for the most part so that was comforting to him where he has really bad anxiety already

Not on ocrevus anymore, but I had the 1st of my monthly tysabri on the 20th, and I've since got a chest infection 😞 a couple of nights of not being able to sleep properly had really affected me, to the point where on Monday just gone I was wanting to get in to see a GP!

OCREVUS ic my preferred, less needles. I started long ago on Betaseron\betaferon. Interferon beta 1b and I have the scarring to prove it. The wife likes to tease me about all the lumps in my butt. No soft fat for her to pinch. Ahh well this is life with a chronic incurable disease.

I have learned this about Ocrevus. Your pee (urine) is going to smell, it is going to smell and a scary shade of yellow. YOU can dilute it a little by drinking lots of water. I mean 6 to 8 cups per day. That is around 1.5 litres.

Take the newest Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT) I believe it is Ocrevus. Remember always, YOU have ms nobody else, YOU, so work towards what is best for YOU. This illness will not kill YOU, doing silly things will, so be careful.

OCREVUS, if they had this years ago I would have been on it and so should YOU until they come up with something better. Lastly always ask yourself, who has my RRms? NOT your doctor, your nurse, your spouse, YOU. Act like it, do the best for yourself.

He's been advised to start with Ocrevus, but has not done so. I told him to sign up here but don't know if he will. He's coming to me for advice but the community knows more than I do because together we are stronger and more informed. Thank you one and all!

If YOU are new to ms, take Ocrevus. If YOU have had ms a while take Ocrevus. I sound like a salesman, well whatever. Do yourself a favour, take Ocrevus. For the first time in a very long time, I felt really positive yesterday.

He says my blood pressure needs to be more stable or I cannot go back on the ocrevus, he also suggested rituximab.

AT LAST the first dose of Ocrevus is due Sunday morning, they would not let me do it any sooner so I will have to wait until then so lets just pull my horns in and wait a little longer. Wonder if I can go to the gym on Monday. Royce

Ocrevus is working very well. Speech is clearer and I am walking better. All the injections they gave me are okay. My fault, I was just not taking the needle. Not sure why but just one of those things. One is normal so typically I had to be different.
