please could I have feedback on my results?
I’ve been on
NDT
under a private consultant now since March and these are my latest results. I feel like my symptoms are mostly managed with the exception of sleep. Do you think I need a 1/4 grain increase or should I just leave be?

However, some patients report benefit from adjunctive liothyronine or natural desiccated thyroid (

Extreme Hair Loss Advice
The most interesting part is that it started to happen to this extreme level since I switched to
NDT
(Erfa).

Ndt prescription?Prevent metabolic syndrome? Izabella wentz? diet?
I read that metabolic syndrome is associated with autoimmune diseases (so also hashimoto), so I decided to prevent it (I found a book on the spot, let's hope it's good). Has anyone else successfully followed izabella wentz's advice? I really liked her advice and put it into practice right away

Confused about latest blood tests - why are FT4 and FT3 rising, but I still feel awful and I'm undiagnosed and not on any meds?
Prior to this latest bood test, I thought a trial of
NDT
might be the answer to my symptoms. So I went into the Dr's appointment armed with my research, ready to (politely, but firmly) argue my case and request a trial of
NDT
.

Anyone else feel the same?
Each time I have to go through the process of buying
NDT
I go through a series of emotions.1. Angry that in this day and age I have to buy meds from Thailand 2. That the NHS won't let us have the meds we need 3. The cost if these meds, how will I afford once I've retired 4.

For thyroid, I could take additional
NDT
but I’m already having trouble with anxiety and heart palpitations perhaps due to low iron/ferritin. Thank you. 🙂

Advice please for next Roseway appt
I had to test this week as I need my appointment next week in order not to run out, but I only completed my transition from
NDT
on the 6/4, so just over a week before the test.

Falling asleep troubles getting me down
I’m titrating
NDT
Armour and in January started sleeping 8-9hours a night. I feel good for it and I even look better in my face. Armour suits me, T3 was slowly rising nicely but had step back in my last results, likely due to having covid twice December and early January.

spatone iron supplement.
However, I am aware that I must NOT take it with the
NDT
and that it needs to be taken on an empty stomach. As I’m taking the
NDT
at 9am and 3pm in divided doses, any ideas regarding when is the best time to take the Spatone? I’m thinking maybe 5.30pm before my evening meal?

BIT CONFUSED AND WHAT TO DO?
Take a higher dose of
NDT
or ask for some T3 only medication to bump up my T3. I pay privately for my
NDT
. I’m scared to see my dr as at my last appt he was happy for me to be on 90mgs of
NDT
but I felt a terrible dip in my energy levels and again I could feel the
NDT
filling up my body.

Frequency of testing
I ask specifically because 6 weeks ago I increased my
NDT
from 1 grain to 1.5 grains, due to TSH being at 12.3 (0.27-4.2), T4 being 7.4 (12-22), and T3 being 3.1 (3.1-6.8). That was a Medichecks test.

Wildly fluctuating hormone levels, same dose (no Hashi) what’s going on?
Done with Monitor my Health I take 4.5 grains of
NDT
a day, split in 2 doses. Blood results taken in the morning, with leaving 19h between the last dose. I have secondary hypothyroidism NOT Hashi’s.
