Source of Methylcobalamin Ampoules please.
Can someone please tell me where to obtain the
Methylcobalamin
ampoules which used to be obtainable from Arnika pharmacy in Munich? They have given some firm in the U.K . the agency to sell them . I saw it mentioned here, but can't find the reference. Thanks.

I am also taking B12 (
Methylcobalamin
) 5000mcg and Selenium 200mcg daily. Just wondering if I should also be taking Folate & Ferritin? Or any other supplements? I have another blood test booked for the 3rd week in July. TIA, Vickser

Problems with sublingual methyl. Should I take hydroxocobalamin?
To fix that, I bought Jarrows sublingual
methylcobalamin
1000 mcg, but it's not working. I've already taken 4 and can't feel any improvement. When I take one cyano injection I actually feel some changes in the next day.

started self injecting and just need some feedback please.
So I've bitten the bullet and started self injecting for the last 3 days with
Methylcobalamin
. Was advised to inject 1ml for 7 days then twice the following week, then once a month unless symptoms remain the same or worsen again.

Learn to Help Yourself First !
I did not want to have B12 jabs because I have a skin problem and so I purchase B12
Methylcobalamin
oral spray to spray under the tongue which gives me energy. I suggest you delve into the info on the internet to learn alot more than you will in a local doctor's surgery........

I'm new and don't understand what my B12 should be after first doses.
I had one 1200mcg sublingual cyanocobalamin, 3 days later had one dose 1000mcg
methylcobalamin
. I got tested 1 week later and now I am at 677? Does this sound too high for only a few doses? "Doctor" said sublingual b12 doesn't absorb much with PA.

Anyone else have an extreme change after 1st B12?.
I took an initial dose of sublingual
methylcobalamin
. Never had shots or any sublinguals before. 4 days later , I was in tears. Like a smack in the face, all this mental cloudiness, dizziness, everything gone. I didn't realize this is how normal people are supposed to feel!

A new book has given me hope
Part of that is taking B12
methylcobalamin
and adenosylcobalamin. As yet I have nothing to report, but perhaps others might like to read his book, though I should say that the title reveals the source of his information: The Medical Medium.

Return of lost symptoms..and new ones!
I've just had my ninth injection (I've also been on 5000mcg
methylcobalamin
sublinguals for 4 weeks) and not only have I yet to experience any improvement in my main symptoms, I seem to be going backwards. A week after I started the sublinguals my joint pain and weakness eased.

NDT and sublingual B12.
Hello everybody! Just a quick question - I would really appreciate an answer. Does taking sublingual methyl B12 plus recommended co factors affect the amount of NDT I take. I am currently on 4 grains. Thanks!

Any advice on going private?
- Any ideas on if they would be willing to inject with the
Methylcobalamin
'version', which as I understand it is more active / better than the Hydroxocobalamin 'version' that the NHS prescribe - Any idea on what sort of evidence a Private firm would want to see?

Update and Question about MMA and Homosysteine: Post B12 Injections. Advice Please
So, given that I've already been having B12 (last injected 1mg
Methylcobalamin
2 days ago), I just want to check my understating of what I've been reading here. Am I right to think that these results will be skewed because of B12 injections?
