Lortab

I always had Lortab on hand for many years and took it when needed, also, it gave me the least amount of dangerous side effects. I think everyone here knows that NOTHING takes away the pain completely BUT I get sort of an "edge off" relief.

I have done hot baths,walking, stretching, heating pad, ice packs, deep heat analgesic cream, Tylenol, Advil and a small amount of Lortab. The opiate is the only thing that eliminates the pain and let’s me sleep. Anyone else have this problem?

I will start withdrawals from Lortab 10 soon, possibly already have. I just need some thoughts on all this.

Say hydrocodone to lortab etc! And never go up on the narcotic itself! Well I still have RA, I now realize that I will never be pain free, but I can control it with the same strength of narcotic!

I was diagnosed with perthes disease when I was 2, I'm now 19 and My pain is getting worse and worse nothing helps ibuprofen doesn't and I got prescribed ultram and lortab but neither works I try elevating my leg, heat pads, and ice NOTHING helps!

Doc cut back all my .125 doses by 1/2 to .0625 and added 1 Lortab 5-325 MG tab @ 9:30 PM. Obviously the Lortab ( HyDROcodone) is a controlled substance in US but this is a light dose. I also added in a 300 MG tab of Gabapentin at 10:30 PM (bedtime).

I currently take Plaquenil 200mg 2X daily and Imuran 100mg 2X daily...Lortab 7.5 as needed (I rarely take them because I hate masking pain) anyway nothing seems to help and I feel yucky all the time now...not a feeling I want to keep so I am looking for suggestions.
