Coughing
Did anyone else experience coughing after 7 days from right
lobectomy
. It seems to be starting from my stomach. I thought it might have been the beta blockers they gave me for AF after op but I didn’t take any yesterday and I am still coughing today

Hi I am 5 weeks post upper left lobectomy. Was told no need for chemo. I feel a bit in the dark as to the next steps. Was told by lung nurse
I am 5 weeks post upper left
lobectomy
and systemic nodal dissection. The tumour was diagnosed as pTa N1 PL1 R0 with lymphovascular invasion. Had telephone conversation with consultant who recommended no adjuvant chemo as he said there was nothing there to treat at the moment.

I had an upper left
lobectomy
a week ago today and am wondering what sort of level of exercise I should be doing. I know I should be walking but for how long and how far. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Scheduled for SBRT
Three months after the lumpectomy, I had a left upper
lobectomy
. Now a new mass is in that same lung. The only treatment options are surgery to remove the rest of the lung or stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).

Lung surgery Bi-lobectomy
He advised where it is and the cause of the blockage would mean a bi-
lobectomy
the middle and lower lobe of my right lung removing. Obviously quite a major operation and I am worried about recovery and how I will be after.

EGFR exon 19 mutation
After two six day cycles of chemotherapy and 30 radiation treatments in December and January, I opted for
lobectomy
March 27. The surgeon could not complete
lobectomy
because my heart stressed so performed wedge resection. Clear margins on tumor and negative on one lymph node.

67 year old wimp!
Hi, I am new here and I am having a
lobectomy
of my top right lung on Monday, having it done at London Bridge Hospital as covid is causing problems at the other hospitals. The cancer was luckily found in a CT that was looking for something else.

Confused
I had a partial thyroid
lobectomy
about 4 years ago since then I have been taking Levo. I'm on 150mg a day I don't take anything else. Lately, my blood pressure has lowered and I am finding to difficult to lose or maintain my weight. I am reasonably fit 52 years old.

Surgery completed Friday
The Surgery itself went fine but surgeon decided not to do
lobectomy
due to my heart giving problems. He removed 6 lymph nodes and wedge section of tumor upper left. Now will await lab results of tissue. So the road leads onward. I feeling positive and hopeful as I rest.

Hybrid Lobectomy
Good evening all. Just giving an update to my recent scare. In January, following a routine CT scan, I was informed that I have a cavitating mass in the upper lobe of my left lung, with a 50 / 50 chance of it being Cancer. I have now had all of the investigations completed, including PET scan, Bronchoscopy

Has anyone had a lobectomy?
How was it and how was the recovery? I'm new here and have a long-term undiagnosed lung abscess that hasn't responded to any treatments. It isn't cancerous (thank goodness!), but all the tests and procedures I have taken have come back negative. My consultant has advised me that, as there is little left

Surgery Date Next Week
I know she has gone through even riskier surgeries like her
lobectomy
under induced coma. But I worry about her being put under this time. Doctor said this is a more simple procedure that what she has ever hard so I should not over think it. Trying to stay positive!!!
