LA Pharma T3 - Please Share Experiences
Has anyone tried "LA Pharma T3 (
Liothyronine
) 100 mcg'' ? I was recommended a supplier from someone on this forum but have not managed to find an optimum dose. I was previously doing well on
Liothyronine
Sodium Tri-iodothyronine 20mcg but was no longer able to get this brand.

Dosage of Liothyronine and Levothyroxine
Post RAI have been on 75mcg Levo. Had DIO 2 test and am heterozygous. Have been on T3 for a week. Levo was reduced to 50mcg and told to take T3 10mcg twice daily and increase to 3x daily in a couple of weeks depending on how I feel. Vit D and iron were within normal range. Taking selenium.First dose

Should I increase or decrease dose?
Hi, I’ve been taking 50mg Levothyroxine and 20mg
Liothyronine
for the last 6 weeks. Just had results back from Medichecks, see pic, with comments that I’m taking too much medication. My Free T3 is the highest it’s ever been but my Free T4 and TSH are at their lowest levels.

Liothyronine
I have been told today by pharmacist that there is only one supplier for
Liothyronine
in UK and it is becoming very difficult to get these. I wonder if NHS. is making it difficult so as to get everyone of this medication.

Is it safe to jump straight back to full dose of Liothyronine?
If anyone read my post a few days back, I have had problems getting my
Liothyronine
which has ultimately meant no T3 from Thur until today. I have missed around 18 doses of 10mcg
Liothyronine
. Thanks to the help of another member, I now have my T3 again.

Timing of dose before testing
I am on combination therapy and take my entire dose of Levo upon waking, along with half my
liothyronine
. I take the second dose midday. I was adjusting the timing as needed to conform with the advice given here, i.e., Levo 24 hours prior to blood draw and T3 8-10 hours prior.

Help needed with upcoming GP T3 conversation ....
I then found the actual guidance paper which went on to say 'the withdrawal of
liothyronine
should occur gradually in line with NHS consultant endocrinologist recommendations and may take many months'. Armed with this info I talked to my GP just before Christmas.

Help with test results please lovely experts.
As the free thyroxine level is within normal limits, it would not surprise me to learn you are taking
liothyronine
(T3) instead of levothyroxine - is this the case?.

Please Help! Lactose Free Liothyronine no longer available.
For around six months I have been on 75mcg Levothyroxine once per day and 10mcg
Liothyronine
four times a day. Since going on
Liothyronine
there has been a massive improvement in my health and engergy levels. I have been gradually starting to feel more and more like my old self again.

Hypothyroidism Overtreatment Linked to Risk of Atrial Fibrillation
Treatment included either thyroxine (T4) alone or T4 plus
liothyronine
(T3) combination, and patients with at least two outpatient TSH measurements were included. Those with thyroid cancer or on medications affecting thyroid function, such as amiodarone, were excluded.

Break-marks on UK liothyronine tablets
As the issue of break-marks, espcially on
liothyronine
, has been raised many times, I though it possibly interesting. (Bit of a long read - you can probably skip lots of it.)

endo says maybe allergic to all thyroid meds?? what do I do?! any advice??
so I saw Endo number 4 late last week who (like the other 3 endos before him ) had no idea why I cant tolerate levothyroxine (any brand, including liquid), NDT or
Liothyronine
in anything other than the smallest quantity and, even then, I suffer side effects on the smallest dose (and I mean like 12.5
