Overmedicated? Heart concerns
I was on 70mcg of
liothyronine
per day, had my annual blood test 3 weeks ago. I thought it would come back under because, regardless of what I do, I'm struggling to lose weight and my eyebrows look a bit thin.

Symptom Sorter?
Hypothyroidism (treated
liothyronine
(T3)), hyperparathyroidism (waiting for an operation), parkinsonism (PD?) (25/100carb/levodopa), and hypertension (5mg amlodipine) The neurologist has a question mark over the PD so I was wondering whether any of the following symptoms are not PD?

liothyronine prescriptions
my GP surgery has told me that they no longer intend to write prescriptions for
liothyronine
(my family of 4 have a genetic condition and require this daily). They say that the prescriptions need to be written by an NHS consultant. We spoke to our consultant and he says he can't write them either.

I take my 50 mcg of Levothyroxine T 4 and 5 mcg of
Liothyronine

T3 refusal via GPS
Mine have rung me up this morning to tell me that my GP surgery can no longer prescribe
Liothyronine
because of the cost I’ve actually requested that I have Morningside brand because the others give me side-effects I don’t find them affective at all now this is raised a red flag medication the GP is

Bloods advice please
Probably because asking for blood testing is like asking for actual blood from their veins 🤦🏼♀️😂 I’ve just started my 6wks of
Liothyronine
again today after just over a week break (due to endo not prescribing enough and running out) so I was wondering... how long shall I leave it before testing?

T3 Liothyronine ( Thybon - Herring Brand)
My GP is refusing to let m have the tablets on the NHS (No Surprise) So I wondered if anyone could help me find out where I can source
Liothyronine
( Thybon - Herring Brand) as cheaply as possible? I have had a few quotes through and they vary so much. Thanks in advance.

Reduction of T3 or T4 and Endo advice
Ie either your levothyroxine (T4) from 100mcg to 75mcg or your
liothyronine
25mcg to 20mcg. My question- he wants my TSH to be 0.01 but this means reducing something as he has stated.

Does anyone use customised4upharmacy?
Does anyone get
liothyronine
, particularly Thybon Henning, from this pharmacy company? If so, I am particularly wondering about the cost. Some members are being quoted £1 per tablet from another source but I thought I had read of this being less expensive.
