Under active Thyroid gland and FND
My son recently got his blood results and it was noted his Thyroid levels weren't in range and a re-test due in 3 mths, my mother had it too, so will be interesting to see my results in a few weeks time.I was however surprised to see how many of the symptoms he has/is experiencing, associated with FND

hello everyone , I’m writing from France, where information about thyroid/adrenals correlation are quite inexistants , as well as doctors aware of. One year ago I’ve been diagnostics of secondary hypothyroidism (TSH 0,6 FT4 7,9 range 9,2-17) FT3 2,5 range 2-4,4). At the ecography my gland is small

Please can you help me with these levels? Rai booked imminently.
Hi, I have rai booked imminently & want to know for sure if my levels warrant it - TSH - <0.01 T3 - 8 T4 - 16 I’ve been told it was toxic nodules, now 2 years later told by a different consultant it’s graves? The consultant secretary said they mean the same thing when overactive? Is this correct?

Re Blood tests
I am under the care of nuclear team as having RAI treatment after papillary cancer n Thyroidectomy. I read various posts here and am now mystified and concerned. Blood test timing when insulin dependent
I have been underactive ever since RAI over thirty years ago. Unfortunately, due to poor management of thyroxine dosage (consultant didn't know what he was doing and left me to GP) I gained a lot of weight which just wouldn't shift. So I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and was prescribed Metformin

Carbimazole and cramps
Hi Everyone, It's been a while since I posted. I've been extremely busy with my disabled mother, followed by the death of my younger brother. I have had to suffer in silence due to having so much to deal with. Thankfully, I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. I opted for staying on carbimazole

A recent consultation with a CLL specialist, and confirmation of genetic markers
My wife had an appointment with CLL specialist Dr. C. Chen yesterday. We also performed other blood tests. I had a pleasant consultation with Dr. Chen. I was perplexed because of the TP53 mutation, whether it was discovered or not. I posted an earlier post that she has a TP53 mutation. I am sorry for
