Heartburn with Imbruvica
Just curious if anyone suffers from heartburn since you e been taking
imbruvica
. I've been taking it for a little over a month now and my heartburn is absolutely horrible. Can I take an antacid on a regular basis for this! Thank you, Debbie

CLL&Dizziness,Cloudy Brain....anyone?
I did 4 round of Rituximab and then a year later tried
Imbruvica
. I truly believe the Rituximab caused my random sores. After getting off the
Imbruvica
which has me more concerned. I have had 'cloudy brain' it is the best way I can explain it, along with dizziness, fatigue and lightheadedness.

Hospital unable to do viral studies. Ibrutinib?
He thinks it must be the
imbruvica
, so he took me off it for two weeks and then will try again. Has anyone ever had this issue? Feeling frustrated, but hopeful we will get some answers next go around with the blood work.

Unsure
I started on
Imbruvica
a week ago and was told that the side effects are minimal and was curious if this is true. I am already acheing in my hands, wrists, and calves. Also is there a better time to take the meds? Morning, afternoon, or night.

Have Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca done one better than AbbVie, purchasing 55 percent of Acerta Pharma for acalabrutinib (ACP-196)?
The drug showed a 95 percent response rate (meaning the percentage of patients whose cancer shrinks or vanishes), compared to 58 percent for

Inhibitors Forever?
Depending upon where you live, you may have access to a new "inhibitor" medicine like ibrutinib/
Imbruvica
. It knocks CLL back but not out. So do you have to take it "forever"? Here's what expert Dr.

Imbruvica side effects
Yet, up to this point
Imbruvica
has been a life saver for me. But I would appreciate any feedback on the things I've noted. I will see my oncologist later this month. Thanks to all.

Marked improvement on Imbruvica
Due to my 17p deletion, my doctor started
Imbruvica
4 months ago. My CT this week has shown marked improvement from the last one, my lymph nodes greatly reduced in size. Also my lab values are best they have been since before my diagnosis 8 years ago.

Muscle cramps on Imbruvica
I am currently on my 4th month of taking
Imbruvica
. I have recently noticed that I get muscle cramps a lot more frequently than I ever did before. Mostly in my feet and hands, but also in my legs, ribs and even my neck. If I move the wrong way I am going to cramp.

My Brother is starting on
Imbruvica
for his CLL. He was taking Chemo for a while, but it wasn't working. Supposedly there has been some good success, but I've read that the side effects can be deadly. Does anyone have any experience with this medication?
