Making sense of IVF in your 40s…
I’m 41, just completed a second round of
ICSI
which has failed. OTD tomorrow morning but BFNs up until this point. Should say I’ve had a left blocked tube and hydrosalpinx, as well as a polyp removal.

TWW
We are so lucky to already have our 2 and half year old girl from
ICSI
back in 2018 and was first time success but this time has been so different to then as I had no symptoms at all in the TWW and thought then it had failed and now I'm having symptoms I'm still thinking it hasn't worked.

Fluid in uterine cavity
On my second round of
ICSI
and went to my first stims scan today and although I have a good amount of follicles, I have some liquid in my uterine cavity, the nurse mentioned it might mean we can’t progress to egg transfer if it doesn’t disappear. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sensitive *Birth Announcement*
After various tests it was confirmed we had male factor (severe), went through 3 rounds of IVF/
ICSI
, several cancelled FETs due to poor lining, MMC, CP, D&C. I know some ladies have been through a lot more and still standing (well done to you all, your day will come).

Urgently Need Advise- High Vs Low Stimulation Drugs
Hi, in October we are going to be going for our third round of
ICSI
. A bit of our background story: I am 37 years old, and have a AMH level of 2.0 but that test was taken a year ago so I may have a lower AMH level now. On the first cycle i was put on 450 GonalF on a long protocol.

Aged 40, AMH of 16.5 but husband has low morphology
Hi, I’m 40 a new starting round 3 of
ICSI
. I have an AMH of 16.5, but by husband (42) has low morphology of 2.5%. We’ve had 2 miscarriages through
ICSI
, and two bfn’s. Are there any success stories out there? Love and baby dust. xx

Some sunshine, some rain : this week's IVF journey 🎢
Got the fertilisation call this morning to say 5 of the 6 eggs fertilised (we did
ICSI
) 🎉. That's actually the best fertilisation result of all my cycles! So we're thrilled with this, and are praying some will keep developing properly to Day 5 blastocyst 🙏.

Transfer day bleeding
This is my 2nd treatment of
ICSI
after our 1st was successful and we have a 2 and half year old little girl. This round has been more different from the first for various reasons. However, I had 2 Embryos transfered this morning.

with severe male factor infertility. I am now 37 with an amh of 7 and AFC of 10. I have had my day 8 scan today and have 4 follicles between 11-16 and I have another 6 that have only reached 5mm.

Two IVF cycles, two miscarriages—is this good or bad?
I've now had two
ICSI
cycles, both of which resulted in two embryos each. Two transfers per cycle, the second of which resulted in a pregnancy both times.

Does anyone have any recommendations for IVF clinic abroad
We've just had our 1st failed IVF (
ICSI
) cycle and looking at options abroad as they seem to be a fair bit cheaper, We also haven't had the best experience with our clinic in the uk. was wondering if anybody has any recommendations or experiences they can share? Thanks

2 failed rounds of ICSI what to do next?
We have just finished our second round of
ICSI
and both rounds haven’t been able to reach blasts. First round 7 eggs collected, 6 mature & fertilised then nothing by day 5. Second round 6 eggs collected, 3 mature, 2 fertilised then again nothing by day 5.

Ashermans syndrome, endometrium 2.5mm, poor responder, trying ICSI one last time for surrogacy
I consulted with a couple of fertility clinics and essentially I’ve been told I will probably never be able to carry a baby and my only chance is to try one more round of ivf/
icsi
on the hope of getting a blast to freeze and then purse a surrogate.

Hi, I'm currently on my second cycle of IVF
ICSI
. I've been on the medication for 3 days, and have egg collection on 28th July. I am taking Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin D3, And Omega 3. •What supplements if any do I stop taking? •And at what point should I stop taking them?

London clinic recommendations for repeat failures by chemical please?
No motility issues etc, standard IVF both time’s, no
icsi
. We’ve got 3 Frosties still and our consultant is just like, keep putting them in, one will stick eventually, but it’s driving me insane they he won’t explore other testing, saying there is no medical efficacy to most of them.
