Teeth pain
Dears, I am on
Ibrutinib

Ibrutinib
(the teeth issues surging all together)?

Cracked nails
I would like to thank the person or persons who suggested to use Hard As Nails to help nails from cracking when using Imbruvica/
Ibrutinib
. I started using it and it is helping . I also found out that Vitry nail care for nail repair is also good but more expensive.

Good news š
Just had my monthly telephone consultation with my consultant and after 9 months on
Ibrutinib
and 9 weeks now on venetoclax my WBC and lymphocytes are normal. He said that at the moment this can be considered as ābeing in remissionā and to just keep on taking the tablets!

for chronic lymphocytic leukemia in the setting of respiratory failure from severe COVIDā19 infection: Case report and literature review . I have seen parallels with other studies related to supplementation (NAC, EGCG, Quercetin, Vitamin D) for COVID19 and CLL.

Some good news and hope
After 3 very sick years we were fortunate that she was able to access a clinical trial in the UK and in 2014 started a drug
Ibrutinib
which targets the cancer. Her bone marrow went from 96% cancer and today the cancer is at 0.01%.

BTK inhibitors and IgG levels
I understand that
Ibrutinib
reverses T cell exhaustion and as the bone marrow clears out the immune system overall works better. However with continuing acalabrutinib use will the IgG eventually start rising or will ramain low ? If it remains low is my husband at increased risk of infection ?

Side effects of RCD Chemotherapy
This alternative therapy was decided by treating Hematologist after discontinuing
Ibrutinib
due to intolerance. Now after every cycle of RCD, I am experiencing extreme pain in my joints and having weakness with loosing body weight. Due to weakness I am mostly bedridden.
