Ibrance

Onc has said riskier to take me off Ibrance to do a surgery that won’t necessarily change anything , Psychologically it is awful to have this inside me and I can feel it actually ache sometimes. Has anyone had a lumpectomy to get this insidious thing out?

good morning I have been on Ibrance almost 5 years and have been on multiples of the Hormone blockers.

I am on Ibrance and letrozole for almost two years. Onc wants me to get xray and wait for CA 27-29 before confirming it is a new lesion. Any thoughts? Can anyone relate? Trish

I have a one month supply of Ibrance 75 mg expires 12/2023. I have not been on this medication for almost 2 years. I hate to see it go to waste. If anybody wants it please message me.

Right now, I guess I will remain on the Anastrozole and IBrance protocol. Im not eager to move on to something unknown...but we shall see. So, scans show no progression but the activity in the original mets seems to be rising.

I was diagnosed de novo MBC little over 4 years ago, had radiation and am blessed to be on the same systemic therapy (Ibrance+letrozole) 3 years ago I had a spine surgery, however it was too late to prevent spinal cord injury. So I’m in the wheelchair.

Therapies until now: letrozole, tamoxifen, fulvestrant+ibrance, paklitaksel; now Xeloda. What could be the next therapies? We live in Europe (Croatia), so some newer treatments are not available (for example orserdu).

I just found out that after 3 years Ibrance 100 mgs/anastrozel is not working. I only have a very tiny spot on my lung. Bones etc no progression. Scans looked good except for that tiny 1.1 mm on lung. my oncologist has been doing genetic testing and just sent another one for gardent (sp?)

I would like to know if it is safe to take collagen while I am on Ibrance and Letrozole .

About to start it after Ibrance fail, and no one (Dr or pharmacist) mentioned dizziness. I have a history of vertigo. I get the package and a bold yellow sticker warns of dizziness. Comments please.

Hi everyone- I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone has developed an active cough while taking Ibrance. If so- what is this usually attributed to with the Ibrance?

The ONC was not adverse to the idea of radiation but felt that an MRI was needed to prove to them that radiation was the best course…the ONC was hinting that maybe IBrance and anastrozole were running out of road since the tumor markers were consistently rising as well.

Hi to all, On my last blood tests, I've had really low lymphocytes counts. For two years between 1,6 and 2,5 and then: Jan 2023 : 0,75 May 2023 : 0,6 July 2023 : 0,61 Doesn't seem to come back in the normal range. Has anyone experienced this ? Thanks a lot Love Lu

after taking letroazole and ibrance for 17 months , I had to stop because I had progression in my liver mets and sternum I have started taking everolimus and Exemestane. and i am almost 2 weeks into taking them . 10 days in and I started with mouth ulcers and a very painful tongue .

My Mom is starting on a trial and fulvestrant after over two years on Ibrance and NED. She now has solitary liver met. No symptoms.

HR + HER2- on Ibrance and letrozole No metabolic activity after 3 months on treatment still going strong. I was told there us now 8 lines of treatment but I can only think of 3. What's next after Ibrance? Appreciate any share. TIA

Due to the potential side effects, I reluctantly started on Ibrance with Letrozole 2 days ago. I stumbled across this group when searching for Ibrance side effects so I joined. Because I am a private person, I’ve never used any form of chat or social media so this is new territory for me.

I’ve been on Ibrance for almost 5 years without any progression. After an 8 month scan weight I now have a 3mm spot on lung that is not showing up cancerous with the scan dye. my doctor wants to see if it changes. has anyone else had this and it wasn’t cancer. My doctor and nurse say the 2.

What do I need to know about getting a tattoo while on these meds? I see my FIRST tattoo in my future. Thanks!

My oncologist has today suggested that we consider me taking a break from ibrance in the near future . Has anyone who has been stable Ned had such a break and if so for how long and did you then resume ibrance when progression occurred. Many thanks Helen
