Please suggest further therapies for my mother's mbc. Bone and liver metastases. Biopsy of metastases was not done. First diagnose, 2010. 5 years ago relapse: er+, pr 0, her2 2+ (sish negative), pik3ca no mutation, BRCA1/2 test - we are waiting for the result. Therapies until now: letrozole, tamoxifen, fulvestrant+ibrance, paklitaksel; now Xeloda. What could be the next therapies? We live in Europe (Croatia), so some newer treatments are not available (for example orserdu). I'm asking for your experiences because the doctor mentioned that there is nothing more to give. Thank you all!

What after Xeloda
I’m so sorry for such news, with bone and liver metastasis and no organ involvement - what’s the plan if there’s nothing more! I know you are in Croatia and I don’t know what your healthcare is like….but could you get a second opinion?
I’ve had what you’ve mentioned on your list, and I’m still on pacitaxel (until it stops working), Eribulin has been mentioned as my next treatment, hope that’s a possibility for your mum.
Tjank you. I see that your proposed chemo is available in Croatia. by the way, mom received 22 paclitaxel and the last scan showed stable old metastases (pelvis, spine, multiple liver) and 2 new ones in the liver. her general condition is good (ECOG 1), I believe that there must be a cure for the future.
Yes-liver an organ 🤦🏻♀️ fingers crossed Eribulin is an option.
That’s amazing- 22 cycles of taxol with very good results, rubbish re new liver spots, but a good run none the less.
Hello,
I have Mets in my liver, spine, and we’ll, most bones in my body. I am currently taking Gemzar (Gemcitabine), and there is talk that once this stops working I will try out Trodelvy.
I am Er+/Pr-/Her2 low (2+). I don’t know if those two drugs are available in Croatia but it’s worth a try to ask someone about them. Gemcitabine has been pretty easy to take with only a small rash the first two infusions and some nausea that pops up every once in awhile, it is a tolerable drug for me.
Good luck,
Allison
