Been dizzy
Been to the doctors about Been dizzy and hospital are fitting a 24 hour ecg to me. But my argument is that I Don't feel dizzy every day ,so if they fit it on my good days it won't show anything

AR and TR on Doppler
hello. I had three heart tests recently. ECG and 7-day monitor were ‘unremarkable’. The echo was normal with mild AR and TR on Doppler. I looked it up. AR = aortic regurgitation. TR = tricuspid regurgitation. This from a letter to my GP. Does anyone know what this means? Should I be worried? Regurgitation

What might be causing pain under area of left ribs and stomach, shoulder, back? Should I be worried. After running and lasting a few hours.
Title says everything. Extra info of ailments and health that could be relevant (). It could be muscle cramp or something but maybe it could be more serious. I checked NHS guidelines and it doesn't seem like emergency since it only goes to shoulder. Since I have GP in a few weeks it's ok. Can anyone

New prescription of ERFA with levo decrease
Hi everyone I've recently had my first consult with a recommended Endo on TUK list and also some people in my local thyroid group. Mostly good reviews but one person unhappy with him. He's putting me on NDT as says I'm not converting FT4 to FT3 as I suspected. So sorry its so long, I've tried to ask

Hypothyroid to Hyperthyroid??
Hi all, I’m hoping someone here might be able to cast some light on what’s happening to me at the moment. I have been hypothyroid for the last 37 years and have been on 100mcg all that time, never any problems. However, my last routine checkup my blood tests came back and one of them was 64.4 just

Cardioversion of Atrial Fibrillation (AF)
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common rhythm disturbance of the heart which may cause rapid irregular palpitations, chest pain, breathlessness or fatigue. Sometimes it is hardly noticed by the patient. In such cases it is often picked up by routine examination of the pulse listening to the heart or recording

Two heart attacks
I wonder if anyone can advise me? about 6 weeks ago I had two separate episodes of what felt like crushing cardiac pain at rest over ten days. On each occasion I had been to a gym class in the morning. I assumed wrongly that it was musculoskeletal as I’m 59 and very fit. I did consult my GP and an

76 years old with A F
Hi all. I was diagnosed with AF on the 18 July as I had trouble breathing, so I went to see my GP. I’ve always led a active life so I was surprised to hear about AF. With in three days I had an ECG in the morning. That afternoon I was to see another GP. GP then made appointments for blood tests and echo

Erratic heart rate
Hi I was diagnosed as AF with atrial flutter in January 2024. From January until now I have been reasonably well. However yesterday I felt dizzy, bad head and generally not with it. I went to A&E who I must say we're great.. the upshot was that my ECG trace was very much the same as when I

Insanely High PAC Burden
Still fighting with the PACs after my May 10th ablation for SVT. I finally got a Wellue 24 hour ECG recorder and the PAC burden is pretty impressive. I did two different 24 hour recordings and the first one was 44,677 PACs in a 24 hour period with 1,154 short runs of atrial tachycardia. The second
