Erratic heart rate

Hi I was diagnosed as AF with atrial flutter in January 2024. From January until now I have been reasonably well. However yesterday I felt dizzy, bad head and generally not with it. I went to A&E who I must say we're great.. the upshot was that my ECG trace was very much the same as when I went to my consultant ( ie reasonably good) However the Dr in A & E advised that my heart rate was erratic.

I do not understand that if my ECG was generally the same as before how is my heart rate erratic.

Any info would be truly appreciated.

the second EKG may have been describing the morphology of the EKG as "reasonably good" but the same arrhythmia appears to still be present or has recurred which most likely isn't good. Hopefully your GP will get the results of the second EKG and will advise you to see the consultant again.
